Institution: e-Portfolio context:  Qualification for staff who work with computers on a daily basis. Use a portfolio to record their achievements of competencies.

Dates of provision: 2008 to present.

Reason for implementation: Open to staff at University to study in their own time in a work based context. The e-portfolio facilitated recording, evidencing sharing and assessment of achievements.

Purpose/s:  Continuing Professional Development of Staff, Work Based Learning, Assessment, and Lifelong Learning.

Learning processes involved:  Information capture, Information retrieval, Planning, Reflection, and Feedback.

Practice: fully developed.
