Exemplar 5 QTLS Application

e-Portfolio context: All staff are offered an e-portfolio account in PebblePad and this offers the opportunity to develop an e-portfolio of evidence to meet the  Institute for Learning (IfL) Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) requirements. See the IfL case study.  

Dates of provision:  2008 onwards

Reason for implementation: Teachers are required to be members of the IfL and are encouraged to make an application for QTLS. This activity is available to all IfL members and there are over 100,000 members. 

Purpose/s: CPD and external accreditation for QTLS.

Learning processes involved: Recording, reflecting, collaborating, presenting etc.
